Practice the science of Kundalini Yoga and the inspirational offerings of Alli, embrace the splendor of the Island, create new relationships and get in touch with the center of your soul.

The five-star family-owned resort has full access to the clear waters of the Aegean Sea, beaches within easy hiking distance, a salt-water swimming pool, organic gardens, authentic Greek meals and spa. Here our days begin with an awakening yoga practice in a studio overlooking the ocean, followed by a bountiful Greek breakfast.
Daytime is free to create your personal itinerary, enjoy the planned activities or simply relax and explore the island. You can sign up for guided tours to visit neighboring traditional villages, secret local beaches with caves, or shop at some local, artsy Greek boutiques.
Each evening we gather for relaxing sunset yoga and meditation, followed by a delicious, family-style dinner.
